Aqualia Group Whistleblowing Channel
Aqualia provides a confidential whistleblowing channel for its stakeholders to report potential breaches of FCC's Code of Ethics and Conduct or its Criminal-Offence Prevention Model and the objective scope of EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers and any other provisions established by the respective national implementing laws.
Reports, which can be made personally or anonymously, will be treated with appropriate care and confidentiality, without any fear of any types of reprisals and in accordance with current legislation.
Reports will be analysed beforehand and, where applicable, handled as per the FCC Group's Compliance Model. The Model has a regulatory framework made up of policies (see https://www.fcc.es/normativa) and procedures which set out expected conduct and actions, as well as protocols for managing the whistleblowing channel and undertaking relevant investigations.
